Where are you shipping from?
All packages will be coming from Iowa, USA where I work out of.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped two to three business days (M-F) after being received. If a product has a different shipping timeframe, it will be stated in the description.
What about Pre-Orders?
Shipments of pre-orders do not have ETAs. If you place a pre-order, the entire shipment will be going out together after the last item of any pre-orders in your cart arrives. If you're wanting the in-stock items separately from your pre-order, please purchase those separately.
And Out-Of-Stock items?
Same policy as pre-orders. If something's out of stock, it means I don't have the means to make your item on the spot and thus rely on the manufacturer to create new inventory and ship it to me.
I can't find an order confirmation/shipping/etc. email?
Check your spam folder! Also on some clients like Gmail, it may end up in your Promotions tab. If for whatever reason, you still can't find it, send me an email at [email protected] and I'll help you out.
Can I change my address?
Orders are shipped about two to three business days after receiving the order. This time is for you to send me a message with updates to your order destination. If you message me after it ships then unfortunately, it cannot be changed. I will arrange for you to pay the additional cost to resend the package (reduced by insurance if possible/applicable)
Can I cancel my order?
If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, then yes. If so, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please do remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Can I combine orders?
If you contact me within the first 24 hours of placing the order then yes.
Where do you ship?
For this store, I'm only shipping to the US and territories. If you want to purchase from other countries like the UK, you can shop at my Etsy store to have the proper taxes taken out at checkout: https://sigmaofgestaltstudio.etsy.com
How about shipping to Germany?
I cannot accept orders from Germany at this time due to LUCID regulations.

This is not a set in stone and exhaustive list as the global laws and environments change frequently, so do keep that in mind.
Customs and Import Taxes
Please, be aware that there might be added taxes and customs fees collected on delivery in your country. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to pay them.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If there are inclement weather, holiday season, understaffing, etc, these shipping timelines may increase a lot.
US: Normally 1-2 weeks, could be up to 8 weeks due to the reasons above
Everywhere else: Up to 4 weeks normally, but could be up to 12 weeks for the reasons above.
When I ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information on eligible orders. At this point, I know as much as you do with whatever the tracking says.
What if something goes wrong and my order never arrives/is stolen/is damaged/is incorrect?
Once the product is sent, what happens to it is fully out of my control and in the hands of USPS/postal services. The next step will depend on the specific circumstance.
If you don't have your order and the tracking says "USPS awaiting item". This simply means the items have been packed and label printed but USPS has yet to receive the package. This should update once they receive it. If it has been 2.5 weeks since your order was placed and it still says this, please let me know!
It's also possible that USPS received it, but isn't scanning it for whatever reason which does happen sometimes, especially during the holidays. I recommend keeping an eye on the tracking because it could be scanned later down the line but it might also show up having not been scanned at all, rare, but it does happen.
If you DON'T have your order and the tracking seems to be stuck/not updating - Send me a message and we can discuss next steps/keep an eye on it. If it hasn't been too long, it might update but if it has been a while, I'll file a missing mail form which may get it moving or relocated.
If you DON'T have your order but tracking says it was delivered:
- Sometimes postal workers will mark something as delivered a day or two before it should be, keep an eye out as it may show up in the next few days
- It could have been delivered strangely, check around in the different places you've had mail show up in such as your mailbox, around the front door, driveway, back porch, etc
- Double check with your neighbors, roomates, or anyone else that lives with you in case they took it for you
- If it has been a few days, check with your local post office as they may have held it and would know more in general about deliveries in your area
If the items arrived damaged, please email me at [email protected] and provide pictures of the damaged products and packaging. I will resend anything that is damaged. The photos are especially important as they let me know of any changes I need to make to the packaging to better protect future orders
If there are missing items/incorrect items, Please email me at [email protected] with a picture of the items you did receive and the order number so I can double check. I am human and can make mistakes sometimes, I'll work with you to make sure you receive the correct items.
Do you do returns and exchanges?
I do not do returns and exchanges. Please make sure that you are purchasing the right items and quantities before you complete your order.
